When we invest in women, we invest in our future.
That’s the power of the she economy.
Join us for TWO amazing days to inspire, empower, and support women in tech! Silicon Valley Forum’s Women in Tech Festival celebrates women in tech, STEM, and business careers who work to inspire, engage, and empower other women. Since the inaugural event in 2015, the Women in Tech Festival has encouraged women – and men who support the advancement of women – to join together for a day of inspiring talks, insights on how technology is powering change, and educational workshops. We aim to create a platform for you to create lasting connections, and exchange ideas in a welcoming, supportive and fun environment.
We can’t wait to kick off our third year – two amazing days next March to immerse fully in a fun, supportive environment! The Festival begins with a pitch day for female-founded companies on Friday, March 24th; the following day is an all-day action-packed event, filled with panels, keynotes, workshop sessions, and tons of amazing networking.
Hope to see you there!

In a world filled with increasing volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity, leaders need to find new ways of responding to adaptive challenges. They need to get comfortable with ambiguity and seek insight from a broader range of places. They need to continuously frame and reframe not only their answers but also the questions they pose. In other words, they need to approach change much less like mechanics and more like designers.
Lisa Kay Solomon, innovation advisor, executive educator, and author will share leadership insights from her books, Moments of Impact and Design A Better Business, and transformational practices work at Singularity University focused on helping leaders design better futures.
Lisa will cover the strategic foundations of design and leadership and how it impacts our lives as community change agents, innovators and influencers.
Feeling frustrated about applying to jobs online? We’ll discuss tools and strategies you can use to creatively job search and that lean on using your network to find your next role, rather than cold applying online.
Join Carr & Ferrell partner Jill Fishbein to learn what pitfalls to avoid while starting your business—from a 25 year veteran of Silicon Valley bubbles and bursts.
