Accelerating for Impact – 2018 Gender Inflection Point

Synopsis

Given current challenges and conditions on gender parity, we are truly at an inflection point – we have a choice to either seize this opportunity or watch the potential for progress for women slip away.

Pam Jeffords from Mercer’s When Women Thrive program share findings from their latest research, Accelerating for Impact: 2018 Gender Inflection Point, and guide participants through a series of concrete steps that companies can implement to move the needle on gender parity. During this interactive workshop, participants learnt how to bring these steps to life in their organization and explore the accelerators that create tangible, lasting change.

Workshop held at Silicon Valley Forum’s Women in Tech Festival 2018, hosted at Computer History Museum, Mountain View on April 12th-13th, 2018. Visit the official event page here.
