Synopsis

Melody McCloskey, CEO and Founder of StyleSeat shares her entrepreneurial journey on how she built StyleSeat. She started her career working for a PR & Marketing agency, consulted for a startup, built the distribution team at another startup and eventually started StyleSeat with her savings as she was living in a “closet” for $400 a month.

 

Melody also shares skills she thinks is important that founders have and the responsibility that changes as your startup grow.

 

Opening keynote presentation held at Silicon Valley Forum’s Women in Tech Festival 2017, hosted by Microsoft, Mountain View on March 24th-25th, 2017.
